Appointed CFO in April 2006. Member of the Management Board of Unibail-Rodamco since June 26, 2007. Has 24 years of wide international expertise and experience in various finance positions at Shell. The last position being Regional Finance Director for Shell Exploration and Production in Asia Pacific. He was also finance manager at the Nederlandse Aardolie Maatschappij (NAM) from 2000 to 2003 and a Director on the Non-Executive Board of Woodside Petroleum, a company listed on the Australian stock exchange.
